Your attendee’s expect their tickets delivered instantly, and that is what they will get. Each ticket or RSVPs completed will be emailed a Print-at-Home ticket. This PDF ticket includes their entire order, so if 4 tickets are sold to one attendee, your attendee will print all 4 individual tickets at once, or you can choose to collect individual attendee details for each ticket, then each ticket will be unique and emailed to each attendee. Every option produces a uniquely numbered and personalized ticket so check-in at the event will be easy and accurate.
Instant payments Instantly collect money with tickets or donations from credit cards by using your own PayPal, Google Checkout and/or Authorize.net account.
Alternative payments Allow attendees to "Pay at the Door", "By Invoice" or customize your own “Pay-Later” process. You can even add a surcharge to each ticket for this convenience.
Offline orders Take orders over the phone or manually, then instantly add attendees in real-time to your Ettend account.
Sometimes you have to refund tickets. Since your Ettend account is integrated with PayPal, Google Checkout and Authorize.net, you can process refunds directly from your own merchant account, and it’s automatically synced to your Ettend account. Also, refunds are reflected across all reports, so you can keep your books accurate and in real-time.
