Your attendee’s experience:
When using PayPal, your attendee will select their ticket(s) of interest and proceed to the registration form (you can customize this). Once the registration is completed, they will be securely connected to PayPal for payment processing - this uses your PayPal account. Once completed, they will be directed back to your event website – completing their seamless experience. If the process is successful, the attendee will receive a confirmation email with a ticket or personal message. If for some reason the transaction failed, we will email the attendee on your behalf to let them know to re-order their ticket.

 

Your experience
Once an attendee has purchased a ticket, you will instantly see their registration details, order amount and many more details. The money collected will be reflected in all your event reports, so you can accurately get real-time performance. If you need to refund your attendee, you can do this directly from PayPal and it’s automatically posted to your Ettend account.

Once the registration is completed, they will be presented a secure payment form (on your event website). The attendee will enter their payment information and that is directly sent to Authorize.net for processing and authorization – completing their seamless experience. If the process is successful, the attendee will receive a confirmation email with a ticket or personal message. If for some reason the transaction failed, we will email the attendee on your behalf to let them know to re-order their ticket.

Once an attendee has purchased a ticket, you will instantly see their registration details, order amount and many more details. Alternative payments
Need to collect money by invoice or at the door? You can set up “Alternative Payment” that will allow your attendee to pay based on your instructions. To personalize this experience, Ettend allows you to optionally add a surcharge to attendees for these types of payments, we also separate these transactions in your event reports so you know how much money to collect.

 

Off-line orders
Need to take orders over the phone or in-person? At anytime, you can add a new attendee with order details or update any current attendee based on orders taken off-line. All your reports will be updated instantly.
