Really? First 25 attendees are free?
Yes, the first 25 attendees are FREE. Since all features are available to use, we think this trial will give you a clear understanding of the value Ettend provides your event. After 25 attendees, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan. Once upgraded, you can manage unlimited attendees. If you never reach 26 attendees, then your event will be FREE.
Are there any per ticket or attendee fees?
No. Unlike other registration services, we don't charge per ticket or per attendee fees. Why should you be charged more as your event get's more popular? That's why our pricing is straight forward and fixed.
When my event is over, do I still have to pay?
No. Once your event is over, you can change to a free plan and not be charged. Your event website will still be live as well as many of the features that support it. You just can't send invites or collect registrations.
What happens when my event is In-Active?
When In-Active, you are not collecting attendees. Your event website and all your account features (except sending invites) will be active until you cancel your account.
How about credit card processing fees?
Ettend integrates with your own merchant account (PayPal, Google Checkout, Authorize.net) and unfortunately, they charge fees for processing credit card payments. These are not included in the low monthly cost of using Ettend.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. You get to use the full featured Ettend for free without entering any payment information.
What types of payment do you accept?
After your free trial, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept Paypal and will not be able to invoice you.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes. Within your account, you can change to any plan, at any time that fits your needs.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. Ettend is a month-to-month service with no long term contracts or commitment. You can cancel anytime and after that month, never be billed again.
Do you provide fast support?
Yes. First, we made Ettend very to use, but we understand sometimes you need help. From every page in your account, you can send us direct questions. We average less than an hour to respond!
